Blaze Your Whisky Trail
Blaze Your Whisky Trail invites you to share a varied taste experience of unique single cask expressions with like-minded whisky lovers. Whether you’re a seasoned connoisseur or burgeoning novice, the most fun way to learn is by tasting with others. Discuss regional and technical differences in each whisky as this trio provides a sophisticated and informative tasting flight. Our path starts on the eastern edge of Speyside whisky country with Cask 96.19 Pizza and fairytales. This spicy & dry dram offers nuances of confections, herbs, tropical fruits and earthiness in a quietly complex delivery. Blaze west to the lush central Speyside for Cask 2.106 Devilishly opulent. This deep, rich & dried fruit behemoth is a clear departure from the distillery norm. Opulence is certainly the driving force behind a dynamic sipper that will have you reaching for more. Complete the journey in the eastern Highlands with the peated Cask 66.120 Bacon butty. Sweet smoke and savoury character is balanced by honey, bacon and spice in a delightful ending to the flight.
