We opened a bag of rainbow mix popping candy before we reached for a refreshing strawberry, lime and tapioca pearls bubble tea – a colourful affair. On the palate, green pineapple jalapeno ice cream was soon followed by ripe strawberries with cracked black pepper and, in the finish, a lovely balance of sweet and tart, with candied limes. Following reduction, we lit a vanilla bean-scented wax candle next to sweet hay, lemon meringue pie and a hint of sea-salted pretzels. To taste, a lovely balance of sweet and salty popcorn as well as light, fluffy and salty caramel marshmallows. You’ll want to sip all night long!
