Our Distillery Dive series invites you to learn by tasting through the examination of unique cask maturation characteristics - in this cask with evocative expressions of two very different dessert wines! Distilled on April 26, 2011, at the same distillery, these two casks went on different maturation journeys to become the beautiful malts they are today. Today, we look at US-exclusive single casks from Distillery #85 and juxtapose single malt from Sauternes cask and Oloroso sherry cask, a decadent dive perfect for the entertaining season!
