Keep the flavour train chuggin’ along with Cask No. 71.87 Cowboys at dinner! This Speysider spent 8 years in sherry cask before 2 more years in a charred puncheon. The result is a culinary tour de force through the southern tip of South America with steaks, red wine and plenty of hearty spice. We finish on Islay with Cask No. 53.395 Smoky explosion.
