Sensory Sippers
Your nose and palate get to have plenty of fun in the sun with Sensory Sippers! Cask No. 73.153 Contrapuntal Impasto draws on complementary flavours of bright citrus and runny honey in this ex-bourbon beauty. The full-bodied distillate mellows perfectly to offer chocolate and vanilla along with the citrus and honey. A lovely dram! Cask No. 19.60 Cosiness in a glass dials up Highland texture and luscious orchard fruits with plenty of toasty elements to add to the complexity. A warming and wonderful world class malt! Finally, we have a Speyside stunner in Cask No. 1.278 Fruitberg! Dead ahead! Maturation in a Cosecha wine barrique (dessert wine made from the Pedro Ximenez grape) imparts ripe tropical and citrus fruit jams and jellies as well as floral notes to deepen the profile. This is another gorgeously textured single malt for your senses to behold!
