The Dessert Course
The Dessert Course
Compare and contrast the flavour profiles of single malt whisky, grain whisky and bourbon whiskey with The Dessert Course. This tantalizing trio invites you to enjoy a decadent flight of the 3 most popular types of whisky in the US. Start with Cask 112.28 A fruity fool from the southern Highlands. This malt delights the senses with cakes, confections, cookies for an opening salvo ripe with fruity fun. Our next dram is an aptly named grain whisky from the Lowlands. Cask G4.17 Exquisite whisky dessert impresses with a silky mouth feel and a parade of after dinner treats to discern. This corn-based spirit is the perfect transition to the final dram of the flight. Cask B3.4 Bucking bronco is straight bourbon that sports even more corn in the recipe than our grain whisky. Couple that with three years in a new American oak charred barrel and the result is a heavenly combination of confection, spice, citrus and chocolate to complete our liquid dessert course. There will be ample opportunity this holiday season to share The Dessert Course with whisky-loving friends and family!
